Important notice regarding text messaging data. deCRUZ Marketing Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) DOES NOT share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data is kept strictly confidential and is not sold, rented, or traded under any circumstances.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information to provide our services:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and physical address.
- Opt-in Data: Specific timestamps and records of your consent to receive SMS, email, or other communications.
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and website analytics collected via cookies to improve your experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely for:
- Providing marketing consultations and lead generation services.
- Sending appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Communicating regarding service updates and requested inquiries.
- Maintaining internal records of your communication preferences.
3. SMS Messaging & Compliance
Opt-In & Consent: You will only receive SMS messages if you have provided express written consent through our website forms. Consent is strictly optional and is not a condition of purchase. We maintain verifiable, timestamped records of all opt-in actions.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a single final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you intentionally re-opt in.

SMS Data Protection Statement: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in technical support services, such as customer service providers, is permitted solely for the purpose of assisting us in providing our services to you. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may only disclose information:
- Service Providers: To third-party vendors (e.g., SMS aggregators) solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you have consented to receive. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
- Legal Compliance: If required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We implement and maintain strict security measures, including encryption and secure access controls, to safeguard your personal information and consent records against unauthorized access or disclosure.

You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below. If you use the deCRUZ app, you can also delete your account directly from the app — see section 8.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

8. The deCRUZ App
This section covers the deCRUZ app for iPhone. Everything above applies to the app as well; this adds what is specific to it.
Who the app is for
Accounts are created by deCRUZ for our clients and our staff. You cannot sign yourself up, and the app holds no public content.
What the app collects
- Account information — the name, email address and phone number your account was set up with.
- Business information you can see — for clients, the leads your advertising produced, their contact details, appointment and project status, ad spend and results. This is your own business data, shown back to you.
- Device identifiers — if you turn notifications on, Apple issues us a push token for that device. It identifies the device, not you, and it is used only to deliver notifications to it.
- Diagnostic information — errors the app encounters, so we can fix them.
What the app does not collect
No location. No contacts. No photos or camera access unless you choose to upload a file. No advertising identifier, and no tracking of you across other companies' apps or websites.
Staff accounts and work monitoring
Staff working for deCRUZ are separately enrolled in Time Doctor, a workforce management tool that records hours worked, the applications and websites used during tracked time, and periodic screenshots of the work screen. This applies to deCRUZ staff only, during working hours, with their knowledge. Client accounts are never monitored in this way, and no client's screen is ever captured.
Push notifications
If you allow them, we send notifications about new leads, appointments and work waiting on you. You can turn them off at any time in the app's Settings or in your iPhone's Settings under deCRUZ. Turning them off does not affect anything else.
How long we keep it
Account and business data is kept while your account is open. If you delete your account, access ends immediately and your data is erased within 30 days, except records tied to a signed agreement or a payment, which we keep for as long as the law requires and no longer. Diagnostic data is kept for 90 days.
Deleting your account from the app
Open Me → Your account → Delete my account. It switches access off straight away and starts the erasure described above. You can also email Adan@decruzmarketing.com and we will do it for you.
Children
The deCRUZ app is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18.
Who else processes app data
The app runs on Supabase (database and hosting) and Apple's push notification service. Both process data only on our instruction and may not use it for anything else. We do not sell or rent any of it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role, so a client sees only their own business and a staff member sees only what their job requires. You can also lock the app behind Face ID or Touch ID in Settings.
Connected social accounts (Instagram, TikTok)
When an account owner connects Instagram or TikTok, we store the access tokens those platforms give us on our servers only, and use them only to upload and publish videos the owner approved and to read the performance of those posts. From TikTok we receive the account's basic profile (open ID, display name) and permission to upload videos; we never see or store the TikTok password. Disconnecting in the platform's settings stops all access, and we delete the stored tokens on request.
