What this app is
deCRUZ is the client dashboard for contractors working with deCRUZ Construction Marketing. It shows the leads your ads brought in, what each one is worth, what our team is doing this week, and what we are waiting on from you. Accounts are created by deCRUZ for clients and staff — you cannot sign yourself up.
Signing in
- Use the email address deCRUZ set your account up with.
- Forgotten your password? Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we email you a link.
- Still stuck? Email or text us and we will reset it by hand.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from inside the app: Me → Your account → Delete my account. It switches your access off immediately, and everything we hold about you is erased within 30 days.
Records tied to a signed agreement or a payment are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep them, and nothing else is. If you would rather we did it for you, email adan@decruzmarketing.com and we will action it the same day.
Face ID
You can lock the app behind Face ID or Touch ID in Me → Your account → Lock with Face ID. It asks every time the app opens. Your passcode works as a fallback, and Sign out is always available on the lock screen, so you can never be shut out of your own account.
Notifications
The app can notify you the moment a new lead arrives. Turn them on or off in Settings → Notifications, or in the iPhone's own Settings under deCRUZ.
